Our company provides domestic parcel receiving, warehousing, packaging, customs declaration, international freight forwarding and supporting foreign trade consulting services. We are not involved in commodity transactions, pricing, after-sales returns and disputes between clients and Chinese suppliers or platform merchants (Alibaba, Made-in-China, etc.). All product quality, specifications, functions and domestic delivery schedules are the full responsibility of the original suppliers. Our responsibilities are limited to cross-border logistics and value-added auxiliary services.

After goods arrive at our warehouse, we conduct basic visual inspection, quantity checking and photo archiving to confirm intact outer packaging and correct parcel quantity. We donot provide in-depth function testing, material testing or precise model verification by default. Detailed fine inspection is available as a value-added service upon client’s advance request. Once the client confirms shipment arrangement, it shall be deemed that the client accepts the current condition of the goods. We assume no responsibility for subsequent product quality-related disputes.

All charges are subject to our real-time official quotation, including service fees, logistics fees, customs fees and optional value-added fees, with no hidden charges in any circumstance. Quotation validity is subject to confirmed communication. Prices may be adjusted due to fluctuations in market fuel prices, logistics channel updates and temporary customs policy changes, and the latest quotation shall prevail. All shipments will be arranged only after full payment settlement. Credit service and deferred payment are not supported.

We provide free short-term warehousing service. Clients must complete parcel consolidation and submit shipment instructions within the agreed period. Overdue goods will be charged with standard warehouse management fees. For long-term unclaimed and unattended detained goods, we reserve the right to dispose of the goods in accordance with industry standards after prior written notification to the client.

We are fully responsible for export customs declaration and clearance procedures to ensure smooth cargo departure from China. After the goods arrive at the destination country, local customs inspection, tariff collection, customs clearance delay and other territorial risks shall be borne solely by the client. Any cargo detention, return, fine or loss caused by prohibited/restricted items or incorrect declaration information provided by the client shall be the full responsibility of the client.

Clients are strictly prohibited from consigning customs prohibited goods, dangerous goods, infringing products, flammable and explosive items, fresh perishables and all other restricted commodities. All logistics accidents, penalties, cargo detention losses and legal liabilities caused by concealment of cargo attributes shall be fully undertaken by the client.

We shall not be liable for any cargo delay, loss or detention caused by force majeure factors, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, epidemic control, international logistics strikes, temporary customs policy adjustments and other uncontrollable situations. We will actively assist in following up and handling subsequent issues.
