1. All customized products with customer’s exclusive logo are personalized items. No unreasonable return, exchange or refund is allowed without quality issues. Placing an order means you agree to this custom policy.

2. All product images are real photos. Slight color difference caused by different screens and light conditions is normal and not regarded as a quality defect.

3. The position, size and color of printing and laser engraving follow the confirmed design draft. Minor technical deviation is acceptable during production and will not affect use and appearance.

4. Ready-made products with our brand logo support normal return and exchange services. Please contact us if there is damage or quality problems.

5. Customers shall confirm the correctness of logos, texts and patterns. We do not support free remaking or refunding for errors caused by customer-provided files.
